Community Safety Accreditation Scheme Application Form

Your organisation must meet the requirements to employ such individuals that fit the criteria as laid down in the Police Reform Act 2002 pursuant of Section 40, and by completing this application, declare your intention to apply for Accredited Community Safety Organisation status.

By completing this form, you agree to meet the standards as laid down by the Chief Officer and agree to helping Nottinghamshire Police as outlined in this agreement with any request that accreditation for persons deemed suitable to fulfil the role.

Information supplied on this form to us is provided for the purposes of determining suitability of you and your organisation for inclusion on this scheme and administration of the scheme. Information will be retained for as long as necessary for these purposes.
