Volunteer Role Description - Administrative Support Volunteer
The key tasks involved in this role are
- To complete administrative tasks, for example, filing and dealing with telephone enquiries.
- To update databases.
- Preparation of letters and emails to colleagues and external agencies.
- To carry out any other tasks as reasonably required.
- Be able to use ESIBS to report attendance.
You should have good communication skills, attention to detail, good organisation skills, computer skills – Excel and Word and the ability to use photocopiers, fax machines and scanners.
