Volunteer Role Description - Administrative Support Volunteer

The key tasks involved in this role are

  1. To complete administrative tasks, for example, filing and dealing with telephone enquiries.
  2. To update databases.
  3. Preparation of letters and emails to colleagues and external agencies.
  4. To carry out any other tasks as reasonably required.
  5. Be able to use ESIBS to report attendance.

You should have good communication skills, attention to detail, good organisation skills, computer skills – Excel and Word and the ability to use photocopiers, fax machines and scanners.
