Three men have been remanded in custody ahead of a trial for modern slavery and cannabis production charges.

Mohammed Imran, 38 and Anwar Sulliman, 34, both of Elizabeth Street, Bradford and Glen Johnson, 46, of Kettlewell Drive, Bradford have each been charged with offences relating to modern slavery, kidnap, false imprisonment, production of cannabis and possession with intent to supply cannabis.

The charges came after officers gained entry to a property in Mount Street, New Basford during the evening of Monday 7 August 2017.

The men appeared at Nottingham Crown Court today (Friday 8 September) and a trial date has been set for 12 February 2018.
