A ninth man has now been charged in connection with public order offences on the day of a Notts County home match against Mansfield Town.

The disorder happened on the afternoon of 14 January 2017 at the Major Oak pub in Victoria Street, Nottingham city centre.

Officers today (Friday 19 May 2017) charged 21-year-old Kieron Hollingsworth, of Haddon Road, Mansfield, in connection with the incident. He will appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on 5 June.

The other eight men were arrested and charged yesterday (Thursday 18 May) and are due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on 2 and 5 June, as previously reported.

101 is the number to call when you need to contact Nottinghamshire Police and it’s less urgent than a 999 call. Calls cost 15p, no matter how long the call lasts.
