Police issue fresh picture of missing Beeston man
March 15, 2017
Police looking for missing Beeston man John Ferris have released a fresh image of him in a bid to try and find him.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned for the 54-year-old's welfare.
John, who was last seen on 8 February 2017, is described as white, 5ft 10ins tall, of thin build, with a shaven head with stubble.
He normally wears a "Regatta" style outdoor jacket in grey or blue and denim jeans. He may have a pedal cycle with him.
Police hope the new picture of John will help lead them to his current whereabouts.
Inspector Steve Wragg, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: "There have been no confirmed sightings of John since he was reported missing.
"His disappearance is very out of character and he has never been reported missing before.
"We remain concerned for his safety and would urge anyone who has information on his whereabouts to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 330 of 22 February 2017."
101 is the number to call when you need to contact Nottinghamshire Police and it’s less urgent than a 999 call. Calls cost 15p, no matter how long the call lasts.
