Two men appear in court charged with city burglaries

Two men have been charged with a number of burglaries in the Nottingham city area, which have been investigated by Nottinghamshire Police’s dedicated burglary team.

Ricardo Roque, 30, of no fixed address has been charged with two counts of burglary, in connection with two incidents in Lenton earlier this week. He will now remain in custody and is due to appear at Nottingham Magistrate’s Court tomorrow (Monday 17 September).

A second man – Jarrad Dar, 34, of no fixed address – appeared at Nottingham Magistrate’s Court yesterday (Saturday 15 September), after he was charged with one count of dwelling burglary in relation to an incident in St James’s Street, Nottingham on 7 July.

Dar appeared at Nottingham Magistrate’s Court earlier today (Saturday 15 September), where he was remanded into custody to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on 15 October. He has been recalled to prison, ahead of his next court appearance.
