Appeal: Elderly man left without transport after Newark vehicle theft

A man, who cares for his wife and 91-year-old mother, has been left without his means of transport after his car was stolen in Newark.

Officers were called to Lindsay Avenue at around 10.10am today (Thursday 8 February 2018) where a car had crashed into a garden. It’s believed two men fled from the scene. 

The 70-year-old man who's also recently been diagnosed with cancer, heavily relies on his vehicle.
