Police are appealing for witnesses and information after an arson at a property in Beechdale, Nottingham.

We received a report at 11.42pm on Thursday (9 November 2017) requesting our attendance to the scene of the fire on Fremount Drive.

A joint investigation with Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service has concluded the fire was started deliberately.

A wheelie bin at the back of the property was set on fire which caused smoke to enter the property. No-one was inside at the time.

Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information to call 101, quoting incident number 930 of 9 November 2017.

Incident Number:

101 is the number to call when you need to contact Nottinghamshire Police and it’s less urgent than a 999 call. Calls cost 15p, no matter how long the call lasts.
